Summary Nanong Khotpathoum is the Director of Earth Systems Lao. He is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of all consulting activities. Previously Nanong held the position of senior program officer with the US based NGO Consortium. He has also held a number of senior positions in the Government of Lao.
